We visited District 850 today to scope it out as a venue for our son’s upcoming birthday party (and potentially future group events). While there is a lot to like about the space and concept, a couple of operational issues made our experience tough to fully enjoy. The Highlights Fun activities: The games and hyperbowling were a hit with both the kids and adults. Friendly staff & clean facility: The team members we interacted with were pleasant, helpful, and welcoming, and the building itself was clean and well-maintained. Areas for Improvement Indoor Climate & Airflow: This was the biggest downside of our visit. It was 100+ degrees outside, and inside the facility felt close to 80 degrees everywhere with stagnant air. Everyone in our group was sweating while bowling and playing arcade games. When we asked the front desk if the AC could be adjusted, we were told no. For a relatively new facility, the HVAC should be able to keep guests comfortable—or at the very least, have large commercial fans circulating air. Love this place! The bowling was awesome. Our time ran out right before my friend's son got his final turn, but the staff was kind enough to give us an extra five minutes so we could finish the game. The laser tag is way better than The Fun Station—we had an absolute blast! The arcade games are a little pricey, but overall it's a really fun place, and we'll definitely be back.

This was my first visit to District 850, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I came in by myself, ordered lunch, and while I was waiting for my food I started a video call with my wife. Since it was my first time there, I walked around the bowling and arcade area to show her the place. I wasn’t recording videos or taking pictures, just showing her around on a live video call. The place wasn’t busy, and most of the arcade games weren’t even being used. A manager approached me and immediately questioned why I was walking around. When I explained I was on a video call with my wife showing her the venue, he responded by saying it was “weird” that I was doing that. His tone and the way he handled the situation made me feel like I had done something wrong when I hadn’t. I told him I felt very uncomfortable with the way I was approached and asked if I could simply get a refund and leave. His response was that “all sales are final,” and the only option he offered was to box my food to go. At that point I had completely lost my appetite. So much to do, reasonable prices, and clean!!! Drinks and food are also good. Fun for everyone kids date night doesnt matter. First time here and I love it.

I went there yesterday, and the workers were pretty chill. Fun experience and such a good time, as long as you’re filled with money, because they’re pricey when it comes to money. No money, no play, no activities. So make sure you have money loaded on you. Laser tag and bowling were both fun! I had such fun at Laser tag, and bowling too, obviously! :D I recorded how Laser Tag was, and we were doing good running, and having a energetic experience. Bowling, I liked it too, and the waiter was calm and polite. Before that, I went and said Hi to this worker named Ryan, and he was chill. Before I left, we had a little talk, and I complimented how good he did when serving. Arcade games were fun, and I enjoyed them. That’s what I call, “a fun experience that is worth trying”.
